How To Cook Fresh Baked Potatoes With Garlic And Parsley - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fresh baked potatoes with garlic and parsley". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes, small in size
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, crushed or finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely grated

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut in half, and if larger - in quarters.
  • Transfer them to a large bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir to taste evenly.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a pan, covered with baking paper and make sure they are in one layer.
  • Bake for about 45-50 minutes until golden brown, during which time turn them twice with a spatula to brown on all sides.
  • Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
