Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 3/4 tea cup wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon light beer

Method of preparation :

Heat the fat to cover the bottom of a deep pan with about 5-6 inches.

In a bowl, combine the two types of flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir and then add the onion and pepper.

Beat the eggs with the beer and, if desired, add some hot sauce.

Pour in the flour and stir to form a thick paste.

With a teaspoon, take some of the mixture and put it in the hot oil - you can help yourself with another spoon to push. Fry them for 3-4 minutes, until done.

Drain on paper and serve with your favorite sauce.
