If you do not have ready-made almond milk, prepare it by pouring 150 grams of almonds with water and leave overnight (in case you do not have that much time, for several hours). Then pour another 1.5 teaspoons of water and grind with a blender. Strain the resulting mixture through gauze and you will get two wonderful products: almond milk and almond crumbs, which are used to make great cakes.
Cut the slices in half diagonally to make triangles.
Mix the flaxseed flour, spices, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the almond milk to the dry mixture and stir until a liquid dough is obtained.
Heat a little oil in a pan. Dip each slice in the "breadcrumbs" and fry on both sides in the fat until golden brown.
