Required products :

250 grams of berry mix (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants)

300 grams of natural thick yogurt

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons sugar

strawberry syrup, honey, fruit to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the yogurt into a suitable container and freeze in the freezer.

Add the sugar to the fruit and puree until a puree is obtained, which is then passed through a sieve to separate the seeds.

When the milk freezes, remove from the freezer and beat (you can use a blender) along with the fruit puree and honey for 20 seconds.

Transfer the mixture to the same container in which you froze the milk and put it back in the freezer or refrigerator for an hour.

All you have to do is take out the dessert, distribute it in suitable bowls or cups, decorate it with your favorite fruits and / or pour your favorite syrup or liquid honey.
