Necessary products:


for the pesto:

 

  • 200 grams of frozen kale (kale)

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1/4 tea cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 300 grams of pasta of your choice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the water into a saucepan, add salt, boil it and boil the pasta. Strain, cool and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan, fry the flour, dilute with milk and season with salt and pepper.
