How To Cook Garlic Salad Dressing With Basil And Oregano - Recipe

Required products :

2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
5 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon oregano

 

Method of preparation :

Pour olive oil into a suitable container, add the crushed garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and sugar. Then pour the vinegar and season with salt, basil and oregano. Mix everything and the fragrant dressing is ready.

Transfer to a jar or other container that closes well and shake.

If you want the sauce to be foamy, first beat all the ingredients without olive oil for 10 seconds (use a blender) and then slowly pour in the fat.

The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
