Required products :
150 grams of lentils
500 grams of carrots
2 leek stalks
two "bouquets" of cauliflower
500 grams of canned beans
200 grams of canned corn
2 cubes of broth of your choice
2 tablespoons curry
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the lens. Wash carrots and cut into small cubes, and leeks into small pieces. Divide the cauliflower into small "inflorescences", dissolve the bouillon cubes in water.
Mix all the products in the pan, except the beans and corn. Close the container with a lid and stew for 20 minutes. Then add the corn and beans, let everything cook for another 15 minutes (until ready).
When the garnish has cooled enough, put it in the fridge for an hour. You can serve it as a salad on its own.
