Necessary products:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 1 packet of butter (125 grams) - melted
- 1 baking powder
- 1-2 vanilla
Method of preparation:
Beat the melted butter together with the sugar (about 5-6 minutes). Then add the yolks and baking powder, which is previously beaten in cold milk. Followed by vanilla and flour, mix everything very well.
The finished mixture is poured into a pre-oiled and floured pan or form. Place in a preheated oven and bake from high to moderate temperature.
Note:
Do not open the oven for 1 hour!
