We offer you two options for making guzlemi.

For the first you will need:

10 grams of fresh yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons oil

100 milliliters of warm water

2 teaspoons flour

left

For the second option:

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 tablespoon natural yogurt

80 milliliters of water

left

2 teaspoons flour

For the filling (for both dough options):

400 grams of cheese (you can use cottage cheese or cottage cheese and cheese in a ratio of 50:50)

link fresh basil (you may not put if you do not like it)

parsley

4 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon hot red pepper (or chopped hot red pepper)

juice of 1 lemon - optional

Method of preparation:

Mix the yeast and sugar with 1 tablespoon of water, leave for 15 minutes until bubbles form. Further, both variants are prepared in the same way. Sift the flour, make a depression in the middle, in which gradually pour the liquid. Add salt and knead the dough. Knead well, then cover with a towel and let stand for about 2 hours. While the dough is maturing, make the filling. Mash the cheese with a fork, add the crushed garlic, pepper and finely chopped parsley and basil. Stir.

Divide the dough into pieces the size of a walnut (approximately), Roll each of them very thinly (until transparent). Spread evenly from the filling on one layer of dough

and cover with a second, glue and transfer to an already heated pan.

Bake on both sides and remove the guzlema. Grease with oil and serve.

Thinner, elastic and delicious patties are obtained if you use the version with yogurt.

Enjoy your meal!
