Required products :
- 170 grams of butter
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 teaspoon walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- powdered sugar for rolling
Method of preparation :
- Preheat oven to 120 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter with the sugar with a mixer until smooth.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until homogeneous.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and cool the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Form 2-3 cm balls and arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake for about 40 minutes and while they are still hot, roll them in powdered sugar.
- Allow the sweets to cool before serving.
