Required products :

  • 250 grams of ready-made pizza dough (thaw it if frozen)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 small peppers - 1 red and 1 orange, cut lengthwise and cleaned of seeds
  • 1 green pepper, salad (sivria)
  • 2 raw sausages
  • 120 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 small head of red onion, cut into thin strips
  • ground black pepper for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Turn on the grill to heat up.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to baking paper. Coat the marsh with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Put the peppers on the heated grill to bake, first with the cut side down, roast the sausages as well. When ready, transfer to a cutting board.

Place the dough on the grill with the greased side down, if possible, cover. Bake for about 2-3 minutes, until traces of the grill form and the dough is firm on the other side. Spread it with the remaining olive oil and turn to bake.

As soon as you turn the pizza on top, sprinkle with grated mozzarella and onion.

Cut the peppers into sticks and the sausage into circles. Spread them on the pizza and bake until the cheese melts.

Serve the pizza warm.
