Required product and:

250 grams of sunflower halva

2 eggs

75 grams of sugar

100 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 33%

chocolate and cranberries optional for decoration

 

 

Method of preparation :

Crush the halva in a suitable container. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat them separately, adding sugar to the egg whites. In a third bowl, whip the cream.

Pour the egg yolks over the halva, followed by the cream and finally the egg whites. Mix everything thoroughly and carefully. Distribute the mixture in bowls, cups or other suitable molds and store in the freezer.

You can decorate the finished dessert with grated chocolate or cranberries, for example, or with both :)
