Wash the apples of paradise, remove their "tails". Place in a suitable pan and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. The exact time depends on the desired level of readiness of the fruits, as well as on their size and degree of ripening.
If you do not have much time, you can pre-cut the paradise apples into pieces or just into two parts.
When baked enough, place in a suitable dish, pour a little goji berry syrup and sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts or other nuts. Sprinkle with lemon juice. The nuts themselves can be pre-baked, used raw or sprinkled with the fruit before placing in the oven to cook together.
You can use both well-ripened and harder apples - this will determine the taste of the end result. Immature ones are more astringent, which gives them specificity and a certain strangeness, especially in combination with the natural sweetness of goji berry syrup and the sour taste due to lemon juice.
An option is to sprinkle with seeds of your choice and / or cinnamon. Exoticism is guaranteed!
