Cut the top of the bread (like a lid), carve the inside. Grate the yellow cheese in bulk, cut the mushrooms into cubes, onion into small pieces. Pour hot water with a little vinegar in it and let it stand until the water cools down, then drain it.
Cut the fillet into straws. Add the yellow cheese, mushrooms and onions to the fish, season to taste, stir and pour everything into the bread bowl. Top with sauce made from mayonnaise and cream. Garnish with pieces of pepper, boiled egg circles and chopped parsley.
