How To Cook Homemade Cakes With Butter And Biscuit Flour - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons graham crackers, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the crushed pea crackers to a large bowl.
  • Add sugar, soda and salt. Stir.
  • Add the butter, egg and vanilla extract and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Shape the cakes with your palms using 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture.
  • Distribute them in the pan, leaving about 5 inches between them.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the sweets are slightly browned.
  • Allow them to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  • Serve them with a cup of hot chocolate, aromatic coffee, fresh milk or ... just like that.
