How To Cook Homemade Ice Cream With White Chocolate And Pistachios - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 125 milliliters of whole milk
  • 125 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 200 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • 100 grams of pistachios
  • 360 grams of white chocolate couverture
  • wooden sticks for ice cream

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan. After boiling, remove from heat, add cream cheese and chocolate, stir until smooth.

Cool, crush the pistachios, pour them into ice cream molds and pour the cream mixture. Freeze for 20 minutes, stick the wooden sticks and return to the freezer.

Wait for the ice creams to set, serve them and enjoy.
