Heat the milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan. After boiling, remove from heat, add cream cheese and chocolate, stir until smooth.
Cool, crush the pistachios, pour them into ice cream molds and pour the cream mixture. Freeze for 20 minutes, stick the wooden sticks and return to the freezer.
Wait for the ice creams to set, serve them and enjoy.
