How To Cook Homemade Vanilla Paste For Cakes And Ice Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Homemade vanilla paste for cakes and ice cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5-6 vanilla pods, cut into pieces about 1 cm in size
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon water

Method of preparation :

  • Pour the sugar and vanilla sticks in a blender and puree to a fine consistency.
  • Heat the water in a pan over medium heat and add the vanilla mixture. Stir.
  • After boiling, simmer for about 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • When slightly cooled, pour the mixture back into the blender and puree until smooth.
  • Transfer the vanilla paste to a clean glass jar and allow to cool completely before closing tightly.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 months.

Note!

Use 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste in pastry recipes, as it is very concentrated and fragrant .
