Required products :
1 liter of fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon liquid cream
2 tablespoons rum
250 grams of dark chocolate
Method of preparation :
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the cream and rum. Put the dish on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately remove from the heat and put the chocolate, broken into small pieces. It will melt in the hot milk.
Stir, distribute the drink in suitable cups and serve.
