Required products :
180 grams of sugar
6 egg yolks
100 milliliters of rum
400 milliliters of black tea
50 grams of cocoa powder
1 liter of fresh milk
natural coffee (optional and to taste)
Method of preparation :
Bring the milk with the cocoa to a boil. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and slowly and gradually pour the mixture into the milk, stirring constantly and without removing from the heat. Let the temperature not be high or cook in a water bath. The mixture should thicken slightly. Then add black tea, rum and coffee.
