Cheese and sausages

The cheeses will not dry out if you put them in closed containers without cutting them into pieces.

Sausages and cheeses contain a large amount of moisture and can spoil quickly if kept wrapped in bags or plastic wrap. It is best to store in the refrigerator, wrapped in paper and place on the middle shelf.
