Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon skim milk
  • 200 grams of ice cream (without additives)
  • 50 milliliters of fruit syrup of your choice
  • 50 milliliters of cognac

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the milk and ice cream with a blender for 5 minutes. Then add the cognac, fruit syrup and beat everything (another 5 minutes).

You should get a thick mixture, which you distribute in pre-chilled cups.

You can decorate with fruits of your choice.

Serve the drink with a straw.
