Required products :

  • 150 grams of mulberry fruit (beans)
  • 100 grams of raspberries
  • 180 grams of thick natural yogurt (can be replaced with soy)
  • 3 teaspoons honey or condensed milk


Method of preparation :

Clean the fruit from unnecessary and unhealthy parts, wash them and pour into a blender and add the yogurt. Sweeten with honey or use a little condensed milk.

Beat until smooth. The resulting mixture can be consumed at this stage, but you could freeze and enjoy a wonderful fruit ice cream. To do this, distribute the puree in suitable molds, which can be silicone, special for ice cream or even ice molds. Cover them with a lid or wrap in cling film before storing in the freezer, where they should stay for at least 6 hours.

You can garnish the finished ice cream with fresh fruit, coconut shavings, favorite seeds or mint leaves.
