How To Cook Ice Cream Irish Cream With Nuts And Caramel Syrup - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Irish ice cream with nuts and caramel syrup". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 milliliters of thick liquid cream (fat content to be 33% and more)
  • 300 grams of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys liqueur or similar

For garnish:

  • caramel syrup
  • nuts
  • other optional

 

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, mix the condensed milk and cream, beat them with the mixer at maximum speed until smooth and until a stable foam is obtained.

Gradually, while whipping, pour the liqueur.

When the mixture turns into a thick cream that retains its shape, transfer to a suitable container for freezing, the inside of which you have previously covered with plastic wrap.

Put in the freezer for 5-6 hours.

 

Pour the finished ice cream with caramel syrup, sprinkle with your favorite nuts or serve with another favorite additive.
