Mix the flour with wine, vinegar, butter, and egg. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then roll out a few thin layers of it and wrap around metal canola tubes. Fry in a deep fryer until golden, beat together the mascarpone, ricotta, and powdered sugar. Add grated chocolate and orange peel to taste.
Fill the cigars with this delicious mixture and put them in the fridge for a while before serving.
