Required products :
25 grams of gelatin
400 grams of condensed milk
300 grams of cottage cheese
fresh peaches or compote (depending on the season)
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of cold boiled water. Then heat over low heat until completely dissolved.
Mix the cottage cheese with the condensed milk. Add the chopped peaches, stir. Pour the cooled dissolved gelatin, stir again and transfer the combination to a suitable form.
Refrigerate for 5 hours.
When the dessert is firm and gelled, you can serve.
