Required products :
- 1 packet of strawberry jelly powder
- 3/4 tea cup of hot water
- large fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon tequila
- 3/4 tea cup liqueur cointreau
- sugar and lime to serve
Method of preparation :
Cut off the top of the strawberries, carve the inside and remove a little from the sharp tip so that the shots are stable.
Make the jelly according to the instructions on the package, using the liqueur and tequila.
Fill the strawberry shots with this mixture and arrange them in a tray.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
When the jelly is firm, decorate the dessert with sugar and lime slices.
