Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/3 tea cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs with a mixer. Add the vanilla, butter, coconut, baking powder and combine well.

Finally, put the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.

Pour into 9 muffin cups, which you have previously covered with paper molds.

Bake at 175 degrees in a preheated oven. Wait for the coconut muffins to cool before eating.
