Required products :

  • 400 grams of ricotta
  • 4 tea cups chopped baby spinach
  • 2 teaspoons mozzarella - grated, ripe
  • 1/4 teaspoon and 2 more tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 teaspoons tomato sauce
  • 6 boiled lasagna leaves

Method of preparation :

In a bowl put the ricotta, spinach, half of the mozzarella and 1/4 cup of parmesan, season with salt and pepper.

Put 1/2 tea cup of tomato sauce in a small fireproof microwave pan.

Put 2 lasagna leaves, half a cup of sauce, half ricotta. Repeat and finish with the mozzarella and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.

Cover with parchment paper and heat in the microwave for 15-20 minutes.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
