How To Cook Lasagna With Three Types Of Cheese And Hot Pepper - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Lasagna with three types of cheese and hot pepper". Delicious recipe.

Even if you haven't tried the popular Mac and cheese dish, at least you've heard of it - pasta with a great variety (and quantity) of cheese. This is what we offer you today, but in the form of lasagna, because everything served as lasagna is tastier!

Required products :

  • 18 lasagna crusts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil + more to spread the paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet of butter (120 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 5 tea cups of fresh milk
  • 4 tea cups grated cheddar
  • 3 tea cups grated ripe mozzarella
  • 2 hot jalapeno peppers, cut into circles
  • parsley for garnish

Method of preparation :

Boil the lasagna crusts as indicated on the package, drain them and smear them with olive oil to prevent them from sticking.

In a bowl, mix the remaining olive oil with the breadcrumbs and parmesan.

Melt the butter over medium heat and add the flour. Stir and when a slurry is obtained and slightly change color (after about 3 minutes), pour the milk at once. Stir and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens (5 minutes).

Remove the pan from the heat and add the cheddar and mozzarella, keeping some of them for sprinkling at the end.

When the cheeses melt, assemble the lasagna.

Put some of the sauce on the bottom of a rectangular pan and arrange a layer of crust on top. Apply sauce again and arrange slices of Jalapeno. Followed by pasta, sauce, pepper, etc. Finish with lasagna crusts and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar, mozzarella and breadcrumb mixture.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 185 degrees, until crispy golden crust.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Have a good time!
