Required products :
2 sheets of lavash
6 sausages
200 grams of mashed potatoes
80 grams of yellow cheese or other suitable cheese
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the lavash leaves into 6 oblong pieces. The length is arbitrary and the width should be as long as the sausages.
Spread a layer of mashed potatoes on each base of the dough.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the sausages at one end.
Roll up, forming a roll.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages on all sides until an appetizing coating forms.
