Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soft butter
  • 2/3 tea cup sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped lavender
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 cup natural starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Put the butter and both types of sugar in a bowl. Mix with a mixer until you get a fluffy cream, to which you add the aromas - lavender, mint and lemon peel.

Add salt and flour to the butter and starch. Knead and divide into two balls, which wrap in foil. Roll them to a thickness of 2-3 centimeters and shaped, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 165 degrees.

Sprinkle the kitchen counter with flour, put the dough and roll out more to get a sheet about 7 millimeters thick. Cut cakes to your desired shape.

Arrange them in a tray lined with paper and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned at the edges.
