How To Cook Lemon Pie With Butter Peel - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter at room temperature
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest, finely grated
  • 1/4 tea cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 pieces of oil crust for pies

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter with a mixer for 1 minute.
  • Add the eggs and continue to beat until fluffy.
  • Add the milk, both types of flour, salt, lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir.
  • Place the oil crusts in 2 round shapes about 23 cm in size.
  • Divide the mixture evenly in the two crusts and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.
  • Allow the lemon pie to cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
