Necessary products:

 

  • 2-3 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup large garlic breadcrumbs
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and spray the pan with cooking spray. Dry the fillets with kitchen paper. Put them in the container with the skin down and glaze with oil.

 

In a bowl, mix the garlic breadcrumbs with parmesan, lemon zest, fresh onion and thyme. Add a tablespoon of oil, stir and spread the mixture on the surface of the fish.
