Box with children's favorite food, packed for school lunch. Colorful and crunchy vegetables, mini rolls, chocolate chip cookies and juicy watermelon.

Necessary products:

  • 1 wholemeal tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 12 leaves of baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons milk sauce
  • 7 slices of watermelon cut into a star shape
  • 6 wholemeal chocolate chip cookies

Method of preparation:

Spread the wholemeal tortilla with tomato sauce. Garnish with baby spinach and grated mozzarella cheese. Place in the microwave for 45 seconds or until the mozzarella is melted. Carefully roll and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into mini rolls, then place them in the box.

Put the cucumber and cauliflower slices in the middle compartment of the box.

Pour the milk sauce into a small box and close with a lid. Put in the lunch box.

Add the watermelon slices and wholemeal cookies in different compartments and close the lunch box.
