Required products :
1 kg of mackerel
onions - the more, the better
4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise
4-5 tablespoons ketchup (or tomato sauce)
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean the fish and cut it into pieces. Peel an onion and cut it into large slices.
Put the mackerel in a bowl, add mayonnaise and tomato sauce or ketchup to taste, spices to taste and stir so that the fish is covered with the mixture.
Grease the bottom of the pan with oil or butter and pour the mackerel into it, and distribute the onion slices between the pieces.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
