How To Cook Marble Pumpkin And Cottage Cheese Casserole With Orange Peel - Recipe

Necessary products

For the white part:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon starch (corn)
  • 2 eggs

For the pumpkin part:

  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon starch (corn)
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • orange peel (from 1 fruit)

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the cottage cheese and sugar in a blender, add the eggs and starch.

Wash the pumpkin (you must first clean it from the seeds, but leave the peel), wrap in foil and bake for about an hour in the oven.

Once cool, scoop out the soft part with a spoon, to which add the sugar and grated orange peel. Grind, add eggs, starch and stir.

Spread a detachable cake tin, cover the bottom and walls with a sheet of parchment and place the two mixtures, alternating them to obtain a "marble" pattern.

Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

The dessert is better served chilled.
