How To Cook Marinated Garlic In Tomato Sauce With Oregano And Basil - Recipe

Required products :

4 heads of garlic

1 sweet red pepper

200 milliliters of tomato juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 6%

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

ground red pepper to taste

ground black pepper to taste

dried basil and oregano to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Divide the garlic heads into cloves, peel them. Cut the pepper into small cubes, pour into a bowl and add the remaining products. Place the dish in the microwave for 2 minutes, then remove, stir, put for another 2 minutes at maximum power (or let the mixture cook on the stove for 4 minutes).

Once everything has cooled to room temperature, close the container with a lid or cover with foil, store in the refrigerator and leave for at least 3 days.

The result is a crispy and tasty garlic, which is very suitable for addition to meat.
