How To Cook Marinated Peppers In Tomato Sauce With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

3 kg red peppers (can cambi)
2 liters tomato juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon (125 milliliters) vinegar 9%
2 tablespoons salt
3 garlic cloves

A tea cup with a capacity of 250
milliliters was used to measure the quantities of the products .

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the peppers, remove the tails and seeds and cut into several pieces.
Peel the garlic and mash the cloves with a press.
It is good to use freshly squeezed tomato juice. Add sugar, salt, garlic, vinegar and oil. Put the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil.
When this happens, put the peppers in the marinade and let them cook for 10 minutes.

 

Divide into jars and pour the tomato juice. Fill the containers to the brim and close with lids. Turn the jars upside down and wrap in a blanket until completely cooled.

 

Store in a cool place.
