Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon roasted almonds
  • 1 cup salted roasted cashew nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or Himalayan)

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

While the oven heats up, mix in a bowl all the products for the spicy marinade - coconut cream, three types of pasta, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Mix them well to get a uniform consistency. Add the nuts and stir to taste evenly with the resulting spicy sauce.

Spread them in a large tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake them for 10 minutes. Remove the nuts from the oven and immediately sprinkle with salt. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
