How To Cook Mashed Potatoes With Mushrooms, Stewed Cabbage And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mashed potatoes with mushrooms, stewed cabbage and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 100 grams of stewed fresh cabbage
  • onion head
  • 100 milliliters of vegetable fat (you can replace it with butter, broth, sour cream or milk)
  • spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until ready, first peeling them and cut them into random pieces.

During this time, finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry them over medium heat in oil for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and add the oil or another of its listed substitutes.

Puree with a blender or mash. Then add the spices, mushrooms with onions and some stewed fresh cabbage.

Stir thoroughly.

Of course, the unusual ingredient in this recipe is cabbage. Therefore, if you do not like it, you could make the puree without it.
