Required products :
4 peppers for roasting
100 grams of feta cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon flour
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Grease the peppers with oil and bake them in the oven. Then peel the skins and cut into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the roasted peppers, parsley, oregano, green onions, cheese and egg. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and flour. Mix everything well. Scoop out the mixture with a tablespoon and fry the "meatballs" in hot oil on both sides to form a yellow crust.
