Required products :

1 kg of cottage cheese

400 grams of condensed milk

1/2 cup liquid cream

1/2 tea cup of sugar or to taste

peel of 1 orange

 

Method of preparation :

Put the curd in a suitable container, pour the condensed milk, add the grated orange peel and mix everything thoroughly, mashing the curd well with a fork.

Take a not very deep plate of medium size, transfer the curd to it, pressing it to the bottom of the dish with a spoon and forming a tip in the middle.

Whip the cream with the sugar and put the resulting cream on top of the cake. It will spread over the entire surface and will cover the dessert. Put it in the fridge immediately for a few hours so that the cream can set.
