Required products :
300 milliliters of fresh milk
100 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon gelatin
pistachios for decoration
Method of preparation :
Mix the milk with the cream in a suitable bowl, add the sugar and gelatin. Heat the mixture on the hob until bubbles begin to form.
Then strain, divide the combination into molds and cool.
Before serving the dessert, take it out of the tins in a plate, pour honey and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
