Required products :

500 milliliters of fresh milk

50 grams of natural yogurt

1 tablespoon instant black coffee

1 tablespoon 3 in 1 coffee

5 teaspoons sugar

45 grams of gelatin

Method of preparation

You need to make 3 layers:

For the first: put 15 grams of gelatin in warm milk, add the yogurt and leave for 20 minutes;

For the second: dissolve the coffee 3 in 1 and add 15 grams of gelatin to it;

For the third: dissolve the black coffee and put the remaining 15 grams of gelatin in it.

It remains to "assemble" the dessert, starting from the third layer. First, heat it and pour it thoroughly into a glass. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, it should harden completely.

Then heat the second layer, wait for it to cool and pour it on the first. Return the cup to the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.

It's the turn of the last layer. Put the sugar in the milk, heat, pour into a glass and you know - in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  • You can use sugar to taste.
  • Do not heat the combination of the two types of milk too much so that it does not cross.
  • You can use whole cream instead of milk.
  • Add vanilla if desired. Cinnamon can too.
  • You can decorate the dessert with grated chocolate and / or crushed nuts.
  • The order of the layers can also be changed, you will get a different-looking panel elevation.

Enjoy your meal!
