How To Cook Mini Baguette Pizzas With Yellow Cheese, Peppers And Olives - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mini pizzas from baguette with yellow cheese, peppers and olives". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 baguette
  • 150 grams of chopped black olives
  • 2 chopped pickled peppers
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 40 grams of mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2-3 chopped garlic cloves


Method of preparation:

 

Cut the bread into circles and grease them with butter. In a bowl, mix the olives with the finely chopped red peppers, mayonnaise, parmesan and garlic cloves.

Stir and spread the slices. Arrange them in a greased pan. Season with salt, pepper and add grated cheese. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
