Required products :

  • 40 grams of granola (or oatmeal)
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 150 grams of fresh fruit of your choice (mango, berries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.), sliced

Method of preparation :

Prepare an ice cube tray (optionally metal, plastic or silicone) with at least 25 tins in it.

Distribute the granola in them, if necessary, use a larger amount to get a good "tray" at the bottom.

 

Put a teaspoon of yogurt and spread the fruit on top. You can make one type or combine several fruits on each bite.

 

Freeze for 1-2 hours, and later, if you decide to store for longer, store the bites in a tightly closed bag and consume within 1 month.

Before serving, wait 2-3 minutes for the milk bites to relax, then carefully remove them from the pan.
