How To Cook Mini Focaccia With Yellow Cheese And Olives - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mini focaccia with yellow cheese and olives". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 400 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 grams of fast-acting yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

  • cheese
  • tomatoes
  • olives (black / green)
  • olive oil
  • ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour twice, separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with a wire for this purpose.

In a baking dish pour the warmed to 20-25 degrees milk and olive oil at room temperature. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, egg yolks, flour and finally yeast. The latter should not have contact with air before use, so pour it directly into the flour in which you have made a small indentation.

Place the container in the appliance, which you switch on in "Kneading" mode. It takes about an hour and a half to get the dough ready, but the exact time depends entirely on the bakery.

When it is already kneaded, remove from the pan and divide into small balls about 50 grams each.

Give them an elongated shape and arrange in a tray with parchment.

Press with your fingers to flatten the bases, smear them with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Arrange pieces of tomatoes and olives on top.

Put a plate of yellow cheese.

And bake for 6-7 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.
