Learn how to cook "Mini pizzas with pepperoni and mozzarella". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

For the dough

  • 1 egg
  • 2 sec. l. mayonnaise
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp Sol
  • 1 tsp potato starch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda quenched in vinegar
  • flour

For the filling (determine the quantity yourself)

  • tomato paste
  • chopped sausage Pepperoni or another of your choice
  • Mozzarella
  • dill

Method of preparation:

Mix the egg and mayonnaise (you can instead of 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, put 1 tablespoon of it and 1 tablespoon of cream), add the whipped milk, salt, starch and soda, beat with a wire whisk. Then add sifted wheat flour as much as it absorbs (approximately 3 cups). Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes. Then remove and roll: if you prefer thicker pizzas - thicker, if not - roll thinly. Cut circles out of the dough using a jar or other suitable container. Grease the pan in which you will bake with butter and arrange the pizzas. Spread them with tomato puree, sprinkle with dill, followed by a piece of sausage, and on top a piece of mozzarella (you can grate it).

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

You can serve with pickles and mayonnaise.

Enjoy your meal!
