Learn how to cook "Mushroom pate with chicken, eggs, cheese and sour cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of smoked chicken
5 eggs
300 grams of yellow cheese
200 grams of sour cream
500 grams of marinated mushrooms
Method of preparation :
Boil the eggs, drain the liquid from the mushrooms and wash them under running water. Put both products in a blender, add sour cream, yellow cheese (you can grate it in advance), smoked chicken (cut into pieces) and season to taste.
Grind all products to a thick paste. If desired, you can pour a little of the mushroom marinade, but do not overdo it, the consistency should not become liquid.
Serve the pate on a slice of toast.
