Fry in 1 tablespoon of fat mushrooms, chopped onions, rosemary, pepper and salt (note that the cheeses are salty).
When the mushrooms soften after about 5-6 minutes, remove from the heat and place on a plate.
Heat a grill or grill pan.
Divide the dough into 2 balls, spread with the rest of the dough. Stretch with your hands to make circles about 16 inches in diameter.
Put the dough directly on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, then turn and put the stuffing - mushrooms and cheese.
Cover with a lid and leave for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dough is baked.
When serving, sprinkle with parsley.
